Park Reservation Permit

  1. Park Reservation Fee*
    • Fees are $25 for residents only.
    • Upon application completion, City Hall will issue a permit number with instructions for fee payment.
    • Fees must be paid in full for final permit to be approved and reservation completed.
  2. Parks reservation is available to residents only.

    Reservations are limited to 4 hours.

    Parking:

    • Use designated spaces, if parking on grass all 4 wheels must be off the main road.   Parking is limited. 
    • Attendees will not be allowed to park on the private properties of homes surrounding the Park.

     Park Use Regulations: 

    • Attendees are responsible for cleaning and placing all trash in receptacles. (Violators are subject to a $100 fine)
    • DO NOT affix any Decorations to Gazebo using nails, staples, etc. Decorations must be removed after event.
    • Gas or Charcoal grills are permitted. (County burn bans do apply).
    • Pets must remain on a leash. Please pick up after them.
    • NO Open fires.
    • NO Glass containers 
    • All City Ordinances apply.
    • Please be considerate of other residents living near the Park. 

    Waiver:

    • Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold the City of Woodcreek, its officers, agents, employees, and staff harmless from any and all costs, fees, and claims of liability, loss, or damage, which may arise out of the use, and/or occupancy of City of Woodcreek property and premises by the Lessee, its agents, guests, or invitees.  
  5. Electronic Signature Agreement*

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
