Gentle Yoga Comes to Triangle Park next MONDAY!
Looking for a relaxing way to ease into your week? Starting Monday, Triangle Park will host free community yoga sessions designed especially for anyone seeking a gentle, supportive approach to movement. Join your neighbors at the Gazebo every Monday at 9am beginning June 9th for an hour of low-impact flexibility exercises.

- Where: Triangle Park Gazebo
- Cost: Free!
- Bring: Water, a Chair or Mat, and a Smile!
These sessions focus on gentle, accessible yoga gentle style practiced while sitting in a chair or using one for support. It’s perfect for those with limited mobility, balance concerns, or anyone new to yoga. You’ll enjoy breathing exercises, simple stretches, and modified poses that promote strength, flexibility, and deep relaxation without getting down on the ground. Your instructor is Carla Daws, a well-known and highly respected yoga teacher in the Wimberley Valley.
Prefer a more traditional yoga style? You’re welcome too! There’s room for everyone to find their flow in a calm, welcoming environment. These sessions will run through the summer. Please register at the link below.
